国际武术优秀传承人、太极名家：黄丽婉——扎根瑶乡的太极之光！
在广西都安的青山秀水间，黄丽婉一袭素衣，以行云流水的拳架将太极文化融入瑶乡血脉；她既是赛场上摘金夺银的武者，也是山乡里播种文化薪火的使者，扎根瑶乡推动太极文化发展，用十余载光阴诠释“传承”二字的千钧之力。
Amidst the picturesque mountains and rivers of Du’an, Guangxi, Huang Liwan, dressed in simple attire, seamlessly blends Tai Chi culture into the lifeblood of the Yao community with her fluid movements. She is both a martial artist who has claimed gold and silver on the competitive stage and a cultural ambassador sowing the seeds of tradition in the rural highlands. Rooted in the Yao homeland, she has dedicated over a decade to advancing Tai Chi culture, embodying the profound weight of the word "inheritance."
黄丽婉，国际武术优秀传承人、太极名家、国强太极循道文化全球行太极导师、中国武术段位制六段、中国武术段位制指导员和评判员、国家级社会体育指导员、一级裁判员、国际武术一级教练员、是国际武术名家李国强先生的亲传弟子、是杨式太极拳第七代传人 、府内派太极拳第八代传人、武当玄武派三丰自然宗第十六代传人、宋氏武当拳法第三代传人；系统学习了《武当太极剑63式》《杨式府内派太极拳》《武当太极归元养生功》《杨式太极拳85式》等太极套路。
Huang Liwan is an Excellent Inheritor of International Martial Arts, a celebrated Tai Chi master, a Tai Chi instructor for the "Guoqiang Tai Chi Xundao Culture Global Journey," a sixth-duan holder in the Chinese Martial Arts Duanwei System, a certified instructor and judge for the Chinese Martial Arts Duanwei System, a national-level social sports instructor, a first-class referee, and an international first-class martial arts coach. She is a direct disciple of the renowned martial arts master Li Guoqiang and belongs to the seventh generation of Yang-style Tai Chi, the eighth generation of Funei-style Tai Chi, the sixteenth generation of Wudang Xuanwu Sect’s Sanfeng Natural School, and the third generation of Song-style Wudang Quanfa. She has systematically studied various Tai Chi forms, including Wudang Tai Chi Sword 63 Forms, Yang-style Funei Tai Chi, Wudang Tai Chi Guiyuan Health Exercise, and Yang-style Tai Chi 85 Forms.
多年来，黄丽婉专心研究太极，除了日日研习师父李国强传授本门的各种功法、拳法等，还参加过余功保老师《桩修》、 世界冠军高佳敏老师《42式太极剑精修班》和杨军老师的《杨氏太极拳精要》网络直播课。目的是研究各种不同流派之拳术，吸取众家之所长，贯通各派之精华，融会贯通到武学之中。黄丽婉习练太极多年以来专注学习和传播太极文化，倾情推广中国传统武术，成为备受尊敬的国际武术优秀传承人。
Over the years, Huang Liwan has devoted herself to the study of Tai Chi, not only practicing the techniques and forms passed down by her master Li Guoqiang but also participating in specialized courses such as Zhuang Xiu by Yu Gongbao, the 42-Form Tai Chi Sword Masterclass by world champion Gao Jiamin, and online classes on The Essence of Yang-style Tai Chi by Yang Jun. Her goal is to explore the techniques of different schools, absorb their strengths, integrate their essence, and refine her martial arts practice. Through years of dedication to learning and spreading Tai Chi culture, she has become a highly respected international inheritor of martial arts.

黄丽婉的太极技艺在国内外重要武术赛事中获得的荣誉如下：
⭐2014年11月参加“广东省太极文化研究会成立暨首届传统名家演艺大会”活动中个人和集体两项目太极拳均获得一等奖。
⭐2015年10月参加“第四届武当国际演武大会”比赛活动中太极拳、太极剑各一枚金牌。
⭐2015年12月9日参加“第三届中国.东盟武术节”活动中荣获太极剑一等奖。
⭐2016年4月参加“三亚南山首届世界太极文化节”活动，荣获个人健身气功项目一等奖，集体项目太极功夫扇一等奖。
⭐2017年9月在“三亚南山第二届世界太极文化节”交流大赛中，荣获集体太极拳器械项目一等奖。
⭐2019年、2020年在广西举行的寿城吸氧操比赛中担任裁判工作，并且在2020年的裁判工作中被评为优秀裁判员。
⭐2024年取得“广东省第四届太极拳交流大会”被李正、马春喜、刘善民、杨志芳、李国强等大师联名推荐，获得“太极名家”称号。
⭐2024年在“国强杯”2024香港国际武术太极拳网络大赛中，黄丽婉带领队员参赛，集体比赛项目：《杨式府内派太极拳》荣获一等奖。同时黄丽婉本人荣获“国际武术优秀传承人”荣誉称号。
⭐2025年，在国强太极循道文化全球行活动中，荣获国际武术联合协会和组委会共同颁发的太极导师的荣誉称号
Huang Liwan’ s Tai Chi skills have earned her numerous accolades in major domestic and international martial arts competitions:
⭐ November 2014: Won first prize in both individual and group Tai Chi events at the "Guangdong Tai Chi Culture Research Society Inauguration & First Traditional Masters Performance Conference."
⭐ October 2015: Secured gold medals in Tai Chi and Tai Chi Sword at the "4th Wudang International Martial Arts Demonstration Conference."
⭐ December 9, 2015: Earned first prize in Tai Chi Sword at the "3rd China-ASEAN Martial Arts Festival."
⭐ April 2016: Won first prize in individual health qigong and group Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan at the "First Sanya Nanshan World Tai Chi Culture Festival."
⭐ September 2017: Claimed first prize in group Tai Chi weaponry at the "Second Sanya Nanshan World Tai Chi Culture Festival."
⭐ 2019 & 2020: Served as a judge for the "Shoucheng Oxygen Exercise Competition" in Guangxi and was honored as an outstanding judge in 2020.
⭐ 2024: Recognized as a "Tai Chi Master" at the "4th Guangdong Tai Chi Exchange Conference," jointly recommended by esteemed masters Li Zheng, Ma Chunxi, Liu Shanmin, Yang Zhifang, and Li Guoqiang.
⭐ 2024: Led her team to win first prize in the group event Yang-style Funei Tai Chi at the "Guoqiang Cup" 2024 Hong Kong International Tai Chi Online Competition, while personally receiving the title of "Outstanding International Martial Arts Inheritor."
⭐ 2025: Awarded the honorary title of Tai Chi Instructor by the International Martial Arts Federation and the organizing committee during the "Guoqiang Tai Chi Xundao Culture Global Journey ."
黄丽婉虽载誉无数，她仍谦逊如初：“太极如海，我所悟不过浪花几朵。”
Despite her many honors, Huang Liwan remains as humble as ever: "Tai Chi is as vast as the ocean—what I have grasped is but a few waves."
黄丽婉深知，传承的意义远不止于赛场上的辉煌。她将目光投向养育她的瑶乡热土：
2015年： 在恩师李国强指导下，她在都安创立“都安合生太极馆”并担任馆长，为当地太极爱好者提供了学习和交流的平台。
2019年：在政府体育部门支持下，她与当地几个太极爱好者发起成立了“都安瑶族自治县健身气功太极拳协会”并担任秘书长，将推广工作提升至更高层面。在她的不懈努力和积极组织下，都安参与太极拳习练的人数迅速增长至近千人，大小活动蓬勃开展。
Huang Liwan understands that the meaning of inheritance extends far beyond competitive glory. She has turned her gaze to the Yao homeland that nurtured her:
- 2015: Under the guidance of her master Li Guoqiang, she founded the "Du’an Hesheng Tai Chi Studio" and serves as its director, providing a platform for local Tai Chi enthusiasts to learn and exchange knowledge.
- 2019: With support from local sports authorities, she co-established the "Du’an Yao Autonomous County Health Qigong Tai Chi Association" as its secretary-general, elevating promotion efforts to a higher level. Through her relentless dedication, the number of Tai Chi practitioners in Du’an has grown to nearly a thousand, with vibrant activities held regularly.

疫情期间： 她积极创新，组织学员参与线上学习，跟随李国强老师系统学习《武当太极归养生功》《武当太极剑63式》《杨式府内派太极拳32式》等课程，确保了学员水平的持续提升。
During the pandemic, she innovatively organized online learning sessions, guiding students through systematic training in Wudang Tai Chi Guiyuan Health Exercise, Wudang Tai Chi Sword 63 Forms, and Yang-style Funei Tai Chi 32 Forms under Li Guoqiang’s instruction, ensuring continuous skill improvement.
每天清晨，当第一缕阳光洒在澄江河畔，人们总能看见太极导师黄丽婉带领学员起势推掌的身影。从赛场上的王者到瑶乡太极文化的传播人，她完美地诠释了“传承”二字的千钧之力。正如她所传授的太极功夫——开合之间，既有古韵的悠然流淌，亦闪烁着新时代的锐利锋芒。黄丽婉，这位扎根于都安青山的太极名家，正以其深厚的传承、卓越的成就和无私的奉献，在新时代的画卷上，书写着中华武术文化传承与创新的动人篇章。
Every morning, as the first rays of sunlight grace the banks of the Chengjiang River, Tai Chi instructor Huang Liwan can be seen leading her students through the opening movements of their practice. From a champion on the competitive stage to a cultural ambassador for Tai Chi in the Yao homeland, she perfectly embodies the profound power of "inheritance." Like the Tai Chi she teaches—where each movement balances ancient grace with modern dynamism—Huang Liwan, this Tai Chi master rooted in Du’an’s green mountains, is writing a moving chapter of cultural heritage and innovation in Chinese martial arts on the canvas of the new era.
